These Terms & Services ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Perk Planner website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), which are operated by Hampton Ventures LLC ("Hampton Ventures", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Perk Planner helps users track, organize, and plan the use of credit card benefits, travel perks, and related rewards. Features, availability, and supported platforms may change over time at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for any information you provide to the Service and for your use of the Service. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to access it using a method other than the interfaces we provide, or use it in violation of any applicable law or the rights of others.
Perk Planner offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription, Perk Planner Pro. The free tier allows you to track up to two cards. Perk Planner Pro removes that limit and enables benefit tracking and reminders for every card you add.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Pricing in other regions is set by the App Store and may differ. The price shown in the app at the time of purchase is the price that applies.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the subscription you selected.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. We cannot cancel your subscription on your behalf, because subscriptions are administered by Apple.
If your subscription ends or lapses, no data is deleted. Cards beyond the free tier limit become locked: their history remains visible, but benefit tracking and reminders are paused for those cards until you resubscribe or select them as your active cards.
Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store, not by Hampton Ventures LLC. We may change subscription pricing or the features included in a plan; where required, changes to the price of an existing subscription will be subject to your consent through the App Store.
We handle information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you enter into the Service. Do not enter sensitive information (such as full payment card numbers) into free-text fields.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information presented (including perk values, expiration dates, or eligibility) is accurate or current. You are responsible for verifying benefit details directly with the issuing provider before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hampton Ventures LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
